The Exxon Nuclear Co. renewal application was received in September 1986.

Your comments, if any, on the ~ap~ plication'iiFe requdsted by February 15, 1987.

We are not planning a site visit at this time because. of our participation in the team assessment in November 1986.

Exxon Nuclear Co. has not, included the CTF as~ a place pf use in the renewal application. We need the results of the confirmatory survey for the CTF, which we kequested by memorandum dated August 4, 1986, so that this facility can be ex;l1udedfromthelicense.
