SUBJECT:
MATERIAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTING LICENSING CONCERNS AT SIEMENS l
POWER CORPORATION During a recent material control and accounting (MC&A) inspection at the subject facility, several inconsistencies within the licensee's MC&A program were noted.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission's concern over these issues was conveyed to the licensee in Inspection Report #93-201.
However, because changes to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan would be involved, these issues (Inspector Follow-up Items Nos. 93-201-03, 93-201-04, and 92-201-02) are provided to you for appropriate action.
The enclosed Inspection Report, which contains 10 CFR 2.790 Information, provides specific details on these issues.
