CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FGR AMEN 0 MENT REQUEST DATED DECEMBER 3, 1987 By'le.cter dated December 3,1987, ANF requested an amendment to License No. SNM-1227 to incorporate into the license a change in the ANF shareholder, the latest release guideline and to authorize its use, corrected detection levels for certain radiation safety instruments, and correct calibration intervals for dose rate instruments. These changes are all administrative type changes and will have no effect on the public health and safety or the environment. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environmental Assessment not an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted

! for the proposed action.
