SUMMARY

REEQF,il FOR THE 1990 REFUELING OUTAGE In accordance with the requirements of ASME Section XI, enclosed is the Inservice Inspection Report for North Anna Power Station Unit 2 for the 1990 refueling outage.

This outage'was the ten year inservice inspection outage for North Anna Unit 2. The '

first Interval examinations are completed with the exception of one Class 1 component '

support (reference Attachment I, page 11, item O.) This remaining component support will be examined during the next refueling outage. Some second interval .!

examinations were also initiated during this outage. The first inspection interval ended and the second inspection interval began on December 14,1990.

This report is a summary of examinations performed during the outage, in accordance with IWA 6220 of the'1974 Edition, Summer 1975 Addenda, of ASME Section XI, Attachment Iis the Form NIS;1, the Owner's Report for Inservice Inspections, which reports on components examined during the outage for the first inspection interval. In addition, in accordance with IWA-6230 of the 1986 Edition of ASME Section XI.

Attachment il is the Form _NIS 1, Owner's Report for Inservice Inspections, which reports on components examined during the outage for the second inspection interval.

Finally, in accordance with ASME Section XI,1983 Edition, Summer 1983 Addenda, the NIS-2 Forms, Owner's Reports,of Repair and . Replacement, are provided as Attachment III.
