Omaha Public Power District Docket No.: 50-285 Fort Calhoun Station License No.: DPR-40 During an NRC inspection conducted on November 31 through December 4,1998, one deviation of your commitment to NRC Bulletin 79-19 was identified. In accordance with the l
" General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Action," NUREG-1600, the deviation is listed below; i The licensee stated in their September 21,1979, response to NRC Bulletin 79-19, that the Quality Assurance Department would conduct an annual audit of all transfer, packaging, and transport activities involving radioactive materials.
