Dear Mr. Williams:

This is in response to your letters dated July 30, 1996, and March 12, 1997, by which you submitted changes to your site emergency plan. Our review of the changes has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(i). Accordingly .the revisions to your Site Emergency Plan are

acceptable and your Materials License SNM-1107 will be updated in a future license amendment to reflect the current changes.
