However, their proprietary version's;. WCAP Nos.12219, ly74, l1_1J19, and-125pA, respectively, are still . requested to be withheld f rom public disclosure, and updated affidavits are included in the enclosure for-these documents.

affidavits requested.by NRC. The proprietary information notice and copyright notice.that accompanied the original document submittals associated-with these updated affidavits are still' applicable, Since:these items contain'information ptoprietary to Westinghouse, they are supported by affidavits signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the-information. The affidavits set forth the basis on which the information-may be withheld from public disclosure by NRC and address with specificity the considerations ~ listed in paragraph (b)(4) of

.Section 2.790 of NRC's regulations.
