Requalification Program, License R-75 Docket 50-150 As a result of updated standards, NRC inspections, and biennial procedure review, the staff of the OSURR has revised its Requalification Program as described in the enclosed procedure, (AP-09) "RO/SRO Requalification". These changes were reviewed by the Reactor Operations Committee and approved at their August 2,1996 meeting.
