Notice ot Deposition PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long 1sland Lighting Company, by counsel, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 3 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, will take the deposition upon oral examination ot Dr. Bruce Piggozi on the subject areas of trattic and evacuation time schedules. The deposition will be taken before a notary public and court reporter on October 13, 1963, at 9:00 a.m. and thereafter until the taking of tne deposition may be completed, at the offices of Long Island Lighting Company, 175 East Old Country Road, Hicksville, New York, 11801.
