Notice of Deposition PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long island Lighting Company, by counsel, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 3 2.740a of the Nuclear hegulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Gregory C. Minor of MHB Technical Associates, buite K, 1723 Hamilton Avenue, San Jose, California, 95125 on ene sub-ject areas of sheltering, consequence analyses anc raalological monitoring. The deposition will be taken betore a notary public and court reporter on October 12, 1983, at 1:00 p.m. and there-after until the taking of the deposition may be completed, at the offices of Long Islana Lighting Company, 175 East Ola Country Road, Hicksville, New York, 11801.
