Notice of Deposition PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long island Lighting Company, by 2.740a of the Nuclear hegulatory counsel, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 3 Commission's Rules of Practice, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Gregory C. Minor of MHB Technical Associates, buite K, 1723 Hamilton Avenue, San Jose, California, 95125 on ene sub-ject areas of sheltering, consequence analyses anc raalological monitoring.
The deposition will be taken betore a notary public and court reporter on October 12, 1983, at 1:00 p.m. and there-after until the taking of the deposition may be completed, at the offices of Long Islana Lighting Company, 175 East Ola Country Road, Hicksville, New York, 11801.
