The purpose of this letter is to serve as advanced notification of a shipment of Category 11 material from the Ohio State University to Westinghouse Savannah River Co. This letter is intended to meet the requirements of :

- 49 CFR 173.22 (C),

- 10 CFR 73.67 (E)(1)(i), and

- 10 CFR 73.72 (A)(3).

49 CFR 173.22 (C) requires that the consignee be given the following notice :

- The estimated date of arrival : 2 June 1995 10 CFR 73.67 (E)(1)(i) requires that we provide the following information to the recetver :

- The mode of transportation : Motor vehicle carriage by public highway

- The estimated time of arrival : 0800 2 June 1995

- The location of transfer points : No in-transit transfer points - exclusive use shipment
