=s OPERATIONS: On June 3, initial criticality f cr Cycle VII was achieved and zero power physics testing started.

Cn June 4, zero Ecwer physics testing was completed.

On June 6, the unit was returned to service and power escalated for the Turbine Overspeed Testing.

The Turbine / Reactor was manually tripped when a Turbine Coupling Bolt had loosened. The unit was returned to service on June 6.

On June 7, the unit was removed from service f cr Turbine Cverspeed and 1ctsional Testin g. The unit was returned to service on June 7.

On J u ne 12, the monthly Turbine Stop Valve Cperability Check was com pleted.

On June 15, the unit was at full Icad.

On June 21 a nd 23, unit load was decreased to check for leakage in Cctdenser Tutes.

MAINTENANCE: The unit was returned to service following the refueling outage on June 7. Beguired surveillance testing was completed.

Replaced a Fadiation Mcnitor power supply.

Beplaced an Accumulater Level Transmitter strain gauge.

Replaced a BCP Seal D/P Transmitter circuit board.

  1. PAGE 2 Replaced a leaking diaph ragm and installed a new bonnet .on a leaking'Eoric Acid Transfer Pump instrument valve.

Replaced a Eoric Acid Evarorator rupture disk.

Replaced a radiation sample valve solencid coil. [
