DOCKET 50-305 KEW AUN EE NUCLEAR POWEB PLANT

SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EIPERIENCE Cecember, 1986 OPERATIONS: On December 21, unit load was reduced to 390 MWE Gross for performance of the sonthly Turbine Stop and Control valve test. The unit was returned to ~

full load the same day.

As of December 31, we are in our second longest continuous run with 232 consecutive days of operation.

MAINTENANCE: Plant Electricians completed reconditioning of the spare Service Water Pump Motor, replaced bearings in the A Turbine Building Fan Coil Unit Motor and B Control Roca Air Conditioning Fan Motor and performed several actor operated valve grease changes for EQ concerns.

Plant Mechanics rebuilt the B Boric Acid Transfer Pump replacing the mechanical seal and bearings.
