L OPER ATIONS:

On November 3,

unit load was reduced to 390 MWE gross for the monthly turbine stop and governor p

valve test.

The unit was returned to full power a

the sase day.

On November 13, a structural failure of an air

ope ra to r for one of the feedvater regulating valves lead to a pltut trip. The unit was returned to service on the following day.

Replaced a leaking elbow in a Containment Spray line.

Depaired leaking U bends in a Containment Pan Coil Unit.

Feplaced a defective end bell on a Containment Dome Pan motor.

defective relay in the Foactor Protection System.
