EVENT DESCRIPTION AND PROBABLE CONSEQUENCES h Io12llWith the Plant in Mode 3. NRC Resident Inspector discovered that the circuit l l 013 l l breaker for Reactor Building Cooling Unit Fan XFN-62B was open and in the l l o I4 l l discharned position. The fan would not have started on an auto start sinnal. I I o Is l I There were no adverse consequences as the ' remaining selected fan was OPERABLE l o 6 l and both trains of Reactor Building Spray were OPERABLE. CAUSE DESCRIPTION AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS h l 1 I o l l Event appears to be an isolated case for which cause has not been determined. l l 1 l 1 l l Fan functioned properly on October 7, 1982, during surveillance test with no l i 2 l subsequent maintenance on fan or breaker. Corrective action was taken to check j l i I a l l all 480V safeguard switchgear. No problems were discovered.
