Dear Mr. Dinitz:

We are attaching a copy of Advance Premium Endorsement and Standard Premium and Reserve Premium Endorse. ment effective January 1,1980 which was mailed to Mr. Jerome Saltzman of the Nuclear Reactor Regulation on February 22, 1980.

We also attach Amendment No. 10 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-34, which was also mailed to Mr. Saltzman on May 9, 1979. Copies of the above mentioned letters to Mr. Saltzman are also enclosed.

We would appreciate being advised if we are mailing these items to the 1.rorrect branch of the NRC and trust that the enclosures will bring our docket up to date.

The amount "$140,000,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$160,000,000" is substituted therefor.

The amount "$108,500,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$124,000,000" is substituted therefor.
