Enclosed are 19 copies of the revised Licensed Operator Requalification Program for the Dow TRICA Research Reactor facililty. These copies reflect changes made in the Program following the recommendation of H. N. Berkow (January 13,1987). This revised Program follows the guidance of ANSI /ANS 15.4-1977 and includes the conditions mentioned (items a) and b) of the letter of January 13). Please use these copies of the revised Licensed Operator Requalification Program to replace the original Program submitted as part of the application for a renewal of the operating license R-108 (November 1986).
