The Emergency Plan for the Dow TRIGA Research Reactor (Docket No.
50-264) has been amended in response to the comments contained in the staff review. I enclose eight copies of the revised plan.
The letters of agreement between The Dow Chemical Company and the Midland City Police and Fire Departments requested by the review are not needed. Michigan I'cblic Act 390 (1976) and the Midland County Emergency Services Resolution (Nov. 25, 1980) mandate the response of these support groups.
I enclose one copy of each of these documents.
I trust that the reicised Emergency Plan will satisfy the requirements.
I appreciate the time extension granted for the completion of these changes.
