Dear Mr. Miller:
In response to your letter of May 7,1980, concerning the nonpower reactor physical protection requirement relating to the Dow TRIGA reactor facility we refer you to the " Security Plan for the Dow TRIGA Facility Docket No. 50-264, License R-108 dated October 5,1978 which was submitted for your approval by R. R. Langner, Chairman, Radiation Safety Committee and G. L. Kochanny, Jr., Research Manager, Analytical Laboratories, on October 20, 1978. We have not received any response and a review indicates that it meets the requirements of the new rules and regulations printed in the Federal Register on July 24, 1979, page 43282ff and March 25,1980, 45 FR 19215.
