In response to your letter of May 7,1980, concerning the nonpower reactor physical protection requirement relating to the Dow TRIGA reactor facility we refer you to the " Security Plan for the Dow TRIGA Facility Docket No. 50-264, License R-108 dated October 5,1978 which was submitted for your approval by R. R. Langner, Chairman, Radiation Safety Committee and G. L. Kochanny, Jr. , Research Manager, Analytical Laboratories, on October 20, 1978. We have not received any response and a review indicates that it meets the requirements of the new rules and regulations printed in the Federal Register on July 24, 1979, page 43282ff and March 25,1980, 45 FR 19215.
