'.PPLICATION FOR REACTOR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT A1D OPERATING LICENSE DOCKET NO 50J'29 i DOCXET No 50-:i30 I A'IENDBIENT NO 34 Enclosal herewith, revising and supplementing the above entitled application, are revised pages for incorporation into the Final Safety Analysis Report.

The Final Safety Analysis Report was submitted with Amendment 33 to the above dockets on November 18, 1977. The enclosed material censists of the following:

1. Revisions which are a result of issuance of NUREG 0654, Revisico 1.

2. Additional information the Site Emergency Plan stated would be submitted by amendment.

3. Revisions which are a result of further design development in Emergency Support Facilities.

4. Revisions which are a result of further emergency planning efforts.

5. Changes relating to the above (Tables of Contents, Text, Figures, Tables, etc).

These new and revised pages bear the notation " Revision 36 8/81", and are marked in the margin to indicate where changes have been made. Additional pages, figures and tables have been added as reflected on the revised Site Emergency flan " List of Effective Pages."

This revision to the Site Emergency Plan was placed on a different text management system from the previously submitted Site Emergency Plan. As a result the entire text of the plan is being submitted. Those pages on which no changes occurred in textual content retained their appropriate revision numbers.
