38 Enclosed herewith, revising and supplementing the above-entitled application, are revised pages for incorporation in the Final Safety Analysis Report. The Final Safety Analysis Report was submitted with Amendment 33 to the above dockets on November 18, 1977. The enclosed material consists of the following:
1)
Incorporation of material promised for inclusion in the FSAR.
2)
Revision of promised dates for that infomation which is dependent upon supplier data.
3)
Incorporation of changes resulting from routine design development performed after the FSAR material was finalized.
4)
Correction of typographical errors, minor omissions, minor corrections, etc.
.5)
Changes relating to the above (Table of Contents, Figures, Tables, etc.)
These new and revised pages bear the notation " Revision 4 1/78", and are marked in the margin to indicate where changes have been made. Additional pages and figures have been added as reflected on the revised Midland Plant FSAR " List of Effective Pages".
