DOCKET No. 50-330 AMENDMENT No. 39 Enclosed herewith, revising and supple =cnting the above-entitled applicatien, are revised pages for incorporation in the Final Safety Analysis Report. The Final Safety Analysis Report was submitted with A=endment 33 to the above dockets l on November 18, 1978. The enclosed material consists of the following:

1) Incorporation of =sterial pro =1 sed for inclusion in the FSAR.

2) Incorporation of changes resulting from routine design development perfor:cd af'ter the FSAR caterial was finalized for previous amendments.

3) inclusion of Chapter 16, Technical Specifications.

4) Reformating of the Site E=ergency Plan from Chapter 13 to a separate reference binder.

5) Correcticas of typographical errors, minor omissions, =inor corrections, etc.

6) Changes relating to the above (Tables of Centents, Figures, Tables, etc.).

These new and revised pages bear the notation " Revision 5 2/78", and are marked in the margin to indicate where changes have been made, except for totally new cections which are =arked at the page bottom only. Additional pages and figures have been added as reflected on the revised Midland Plant FSAR " List of Effective Pages."
