The Final Safety Analysis Feport was submitted with A=endment 33 to the above deckets on UcVember 18, 1977. The enclosed material censists of the following:

1) Recpctses to the Request for Additional Infer =ation - Part 3.

2) The Quality Assurance Program During Design and Construction

3) Additional information the FSAR stated would be submitted at this time.

b) Ccrrection of minor errors and omissions.

5) Changes relating to the above (Tables of Contents, Figures, Tables, etc).

These new and revised pages bear the notatien " Revision 10 6/78", and are marked in the margin to indicate where changes have been made. Additional pages and figures have been added as reflected on the revised Midland Plant FSAR " List of Effective Pages".
