h6 Enclosed herewith, revising and supplementing the above-entitled applicaticn, are revised pages for inecrporation in the Final Safety Analysis Repert. The Final Safety Analysis Feport was submitted with A=endment 33 to the above deckets on UcVember 18, 1977. The enclosed material censists of the following:
- 1) Recpctses to the Request for Additional Infer =ation - Part 3.
- 2) The Quality Assurance Program During Design and Construction
- 3) Additional information the FSAR stated would be submitted at this time.
b) Ccrrection of minor errors and omissions.
- 5) Changes relating to the above (Tables of Contents, Figures, Tables, etc).
These new and revised pages bear the notatien " Revision 10 6/78", and are marked in the margin to indicate where changes have been made. Additional pages and figures have been added as reflected on the revised Midland Plant FSAR " List of Effective Pages".
