- 1) Additional information the FSAR stated would be submitted at this time.
- 2) Changes in various FSAR Sections resulting fro = routine design developments.
- 3) Revision of cocmitment dates for submittal of information which is dependent upon receipt of infor=ation from other organizations.
- 4) Correction of minor errors and omissions.
- 5) Changes relating to the above (Tables of Contents, Figures, Tables, etc).
These new and revised pages bear the notation " Revision 11 6/78", and are marked in the margin to indicate where changes have been made. Additional pages and figures have been added as reflected on the revised Midland Plant FSAR " List of Effective Pages".
