4 CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY APPLICATION FOR REACTOR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND OPERATING LICENSE DOCKET NO 50-329 DOCKET NO 50-330 AFENDFENT NO 101 Enclosed herewith, revising and supplementing the above-entitled application, are revised pages for incorporation in the Midland physical Security Program.
The physical Security Program was submitted with Amendment 33 to the above dockets on November 18, 1977.
The enclosed material consists of the following:

Completely revised Security Plan.
2.
Revised Safeguards Contingency Plan.
3.
Revised Suitability, Training and Qualification Plan.
These new and revised pages bear the notations " Revision 4 - January 4, 1982" for the Security Plan or " Revision 1 - January 4, 1982" for the Contingency and Training Plans. Revised, reformatted or new pages, drawings and tabs have been added to the three Security Program plans as reflected on the respective
" List of Ef fective Pages" for each of the three plans identified above.
