1970). These pages and figures provide additional technical infoma-tion on tne tertiary heat exchanger system as requested by the DRL staff in oral discussions. The pages and figures bear the notation

" Amendment No. 16,9/4/70". The enclosed Figure No. 1-8 replaces the existing Figure No. 1-8 and pages 16-1 and 16-2 and Figure 16-1 are new and do not replace any existing peges[
