The Final Safety Analysis Report was sub=itted with A=endment 33 to the above dockets on !!ove=ber 18, 1977 The enclosed =aterial consists of the following:

1) Additional information the FSAR stated veuld be submitted at this time.

2) Changes in various FSAR sections resulting frc= routine design developments.

3) Revision of ccm=it=ent dates for sub=ittal of information which is dependent upon receipt of infor=ation fro: other organizations.

h) Correction of minor errors and omissions.

5) Changes' relating to the above (Tables of Contents, Figures, Tables , etc.) .

These. new and revised pages bear the notation " Revision 7 3/T8", and are marked in the =argin to indicate where changes have been =ade. Additional pages an'd figures have been added as reflected on the revised Midland Plant FSAR " List of Effective Pages."

Also enclosed in Revision 2 to the Midland Plant Security Plan. Since the Security Plan contains infer =ation which is dee=ed under 10CFR 2.790(d) to be "co==ercial or financial informatien" within the meaning of 10CFR 9 5(a) (h) so as to be exe=pt fro: public disclosure, we are requesting that it be withheld from public disclosure.
