50 Enclosed herewith, revising and supple =enting the above-entitled application, are revised paSes for incorporation in the Final Safety Analysis Report. The Final Safety Analysis Report was submitted with A=end=ent 33 to the above dockets on November 16, 1977 The enclosed =aterial consists of the following:
- 1) A revised description of the Reactor Building Spray Syste= showing the replace =ent of sodium hydroxide and sodium thicsulfate additives with hydrasine and disodium phosphate additives has been partially incorporated into the FSAR text, tables, and figures.
Completion of these revisions vill be nade in subsequent amendments.
- 2) Appendix TA has been added to provide a failure = odes and effects analysis for the safety related portion of the Control Rod Drive Control Syste=.

Additioral infor=ation the FSAR stated vculd be sub=itted at this time.
k) Changes in various ISAR sections resulting frc= routine design developments.
- 5) Reduction of the page sise for selected "11 x 17" tables.
- 6) Correction of ninor errors and c=issions.
- 7) Changes relating to the above (Tables of Centents, Figures Tables, etc.).
These new and revised pages bear the notation "Revisien 13 S/76", and are =arked in the nargin to indicate where changes have been nade.
Additional pages and figures have been added as reflected on the revised Midland Plant FSAR " List of Effective Pages".
