are revised pages for incorporation in the Environmental Report (OLS). The Environmental Report was submitted with Amendment 43 to the above dockets on April 12, 1978. The enclosed material consists of the following:

Revised material on Right-of-Way Maintenance (remove use of 2,4,5-T) and avian strikes on transmission lines.
2.
Changes relating to the above (Tables of Contents, etc).
These new and revised pages bear the notation " Revision 13 - DECEMBER 1981" and are marked in the margin to indicate where changes have been made.
