CONSUIERS POWER COMPANY APPLICATION IDR REACTOR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND OPERATING LICENSE DOCKET Ho 50-329 DOCKET No 50-330 AMEIDIENT No 36 Enclosed herewith, a=ending and supplementing the above-entitled application, are revised pages for incorporation in the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report submitted with the original application on January 13, 1969, as amended. This material consists of the following:

1. Appendix 1B, Quality Assurance Program

2. A revised page of the Midland Plant PSAR " List of Effective Pages", reflect-ing the revision of Appendix 1B.

These new and revised pages bear the notation " Amendment No 36 12/77". The enclosed paEes replace all pages of Appendix 1B.

The Quality Assurance Pro 6 ram described in this PSAR revision was found acceptable for the design and construction phase of the Midland Plant, Units 1 and 2 by the Nuclear Regulatory Cocmission, Light Water Reactors Branch h, Division of Project Management as documented in a letter from Mr S A Varga to Mr S H Howell dated August 12, 1977 Consumers Power Company e- n.--
