REACTOR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND OPERATING LICENSE Docket No. 50-329 Docket No. 50-330 Amendment No. 22 Enclosed herewith, amending and supplementing the above-entitled application, are the following:

1 Detailed criteria and procedures for installation of protection and emergency power systems as required on page h5 of the Staff Safety Evaluation, dated November 12, 1970, for Stoff review prior to actual installation. PSAR pa6es 8-8, 8-9, 8.6-1 and 8.6-2 are revised.

New Appendix 8A is added.

Page 8.6-3 is deleted.

Revised response to item h.1 of Enclosure A to Dr. Peter A. Morris' letter to Mr. R. D. Allen, dated September 26, 1969, con-sisting of revised page h.1-2 and revised Fi ure k.1-1 to show recent E

Revised page 2-lh to agree with Consumers Power Company August 10, 1973 " Environmental Aspects of Bullock Creek Rerouting" submittal to Mr. Daniel R. Muller.
