HARTSVILLE NUCLEAR PLANT - REPORTABLE DEFICIENCY - NCR HT-C-79 REBAR BENDING NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS Initial report of the subject deficiency was made to R. W. Wright, NRC-0IE, Region II, on October 23, 1979. The first interim report was submitted on November 21, 1979. In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, we are enclosing the final report of the subject deficiency.
