HARTSVILLE NUCLEAR PLANT - REPORTABLE DEFICIENCY - NCR HT-C-79 REBAR BENDING NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS Initial report of the subject deficiency was made to R. W. Wright, NRC-0IE, Region II, on October 23, 1979. The first interim report was submitted on November 21, 1979.
