-eUO P,e Becisional lntc111al t,RG l::lec O"IJ Staff Response to Exelon Backfit Appeal Panel Preliminary Findings On August 2, 2016, the NRR staff received a three-page summary of the preliminary findings of the OEDO backfit appeal panel. The staff recognizes that the OEDO panel has performed a much more thorough review than can be documented within three pages. As such, the staffs review and comments as provided below, reflects its considerations of this short summary. The staff is willing to meet with the panel again to discuss the concerns and positions documented in this response.
