The reports are submitted pursuant to the provisions of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Case N-532-4, "Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission." The first Form OAR-1 is for Refuel 17 Inservice Inspection and Repair/Replacement activities at Callaway Plant. The second Form OAR-1 is for Containment Inservice Inspection activities conducted at Callaway Plant during Refuel 1 7 pursuant to ASME Section XI, subsections IWE and IWL. In accordance with Code Case N-532-4, each attached Form OAR-1 includes a listing of items with flaws or relevant conditions that required evaluation for continued service (Table 1) and an abstract of repair/replacement activities required for continued service (Table 2). Paint SJ01 R502134A on spherical bearing area of strut would not provide SJ01 R502134B sufficient restraint to keep the bearing from BG01R018134A rotating.

Bearing also cleaned of paint. F-A, F1.20 Snubber, CAR 201004510 found acceptable.

Rust on BM02R013232A spherical bearing did not cause binding. Rust also removed from bearing. F-A, F1.20 Snubber, CAR 201003611 found acceptable.

Missing BB13R521241A washers would not have prevented snubber from BG23R509231 A providing design function.

Wire elongation requirements were not met during test. Design stresses are less than yield strength of wire, therefore, reduced elongation of wire will not impact the ability of the tendon to perform its design function.
