Wearenotifying eachlicenseeconcurrently withthisnotice.Thepotential problemisthattheferrulewasmachinedwithanimproperlength,resulting inthe45degreechamferatthetrailingedgetobemissing.Laboratory testingofthisparthasshownthatitwillleakimmediately ongasservice,andwillholdtoabout2.5timesworkingpressureofthetubingduringahydraulic pressuretest,Theimproperlengthwascausedbyinsufficient feedoutofthebaronamultiplespindlemachine.Ouranalysisshowsthatthiswouldbeafirstparterrorandthatonlyasmallnumberofferrulesareaffected.
