Anchor/Darling Valve Company letter dated January 26, 1990 Gentlemen:
The above referenced letter (copy attached) identified a potential problem and listed plant sites that have been supplied with our actuator which incorporate the use of Teldyne-Republic four-way valves.
We inadvertantly left off the',
following three sites:
Northeast Utilities Milestone 3
Florida Power 8 Light St. Lucie 2 Georgia Power Company Vogtle 1
& 2.
These sites
- were, however, notified of the problem at the same time as the other sites (see letters attached)
