Please clarify your request to average releases from experiment failures over a year. For example, as discussed in your application, derived air concentrations are based on 2000 hours0.0231 days <br />0.556 hours <br />0.00331 weeks <br />7.61e-4 months <br /> of exposure while effluent concentrations are based on a calender year. However,  ;

your proposed wording does not make this distinction. In addition, Amendment No.15  !

issued on September 19,1994, removed wording from the technical specifications similar to that you have proposed adding.
