I, Richard H. Strome, being on oath, depose and say as follows:

1. I am the Director of the New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency (NHCDS).

2. At the present time, Volume 5 of the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plan (NHRERP) contains letters of agreement with nine bus companies, nine ambulance companies, The New Hampshire Towning Association and New Hampshire Transportation Association.

3. As to local tow or snow removal companies such as Midway Excavators, the state has adequate back-up resources should local kDR 60 860520 0 DOCK 05000443 PDR
