I, RICHARD H. STROME, being on oath, depose and say as follows:

1. I am the Director of the New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency (NHCDA).

2. Brochures and informational material have been designed and samples printed which contain information in both French and English. These have been distributed to the parties to this proceeding.

3. In my opinion these public information materials will provide reasonable assurance that such French-only speaking persons receive information as to radiological emergency matters.

4. Tape recorded messages in French and English are being prepared for broadcast over the public address - siren - system and the emergency broadcast system.
