I, Richard H.
Strome, being on oath, depose and say as follows:
1.
I am the Director of the New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency (NHCDS).
2.
At the present time, Volume 5 of the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plan (NHRERP) contains letters of agreement with nine bus companies, nine ambulance companies, The New Hampshire Towning Association and New Hampshire Transportation Association.
3.
