The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting between Arizona Public Service Company (APS) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss metal fatigue related topics identified during the NRC staff review of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station license renewal application. The meeting will provide feedback to the NRC staff on the licensees plans for resolving the remaining issues, discuss any points of concern, and discuss APSs path forward.
