LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 07-B6 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the supplemental information needed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff in order to complete the acceptance review of Arizona Public Service Company's (APS's, the licensee's) license amendment request dated August 25,2010 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML102450051) and supplemented by letter dated October 13,2010 (ADAMS Accession No. ML103010172) for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3. The license amendment would revise Technical Specification 3.7.4, "Atmospheric Dump Valves," to require that two atmospheric dump valve lines be operable in Modes 1, 2, and 3 and, when the steam generator is relied upon for heat removal, Mode 4.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned .
