Location: Webinar Category: This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion of the meeting but before the meeting is adjourned.

Purpose:

The purpose of this predecisional enforcement conference is to discuss an apparent violation of NRC requirements related to Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Stations (PVNGS) licensed operator qualification program. The apparent violation is discussed in NRC Inspection Report 05000528/2020011, 05000529/2020011, and 05000530/2020011 dated December 15, 2020 (NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML20324A079).
