On April 1, 2013, Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission the 2013 Decommissioning Funding Status (DFS) report for Humboldt Bay Power Plant Unit 3, as required under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.75(f)(1) and 10 CFR 50.82 (a)(8)(v)-(vii).
