Box 56 Avila Beach, CA 93424 805.545.4242 fnternal: 691.4242 10 CFR 72.70 In accordance with the Humboldt Bay (HB) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Renewed License Number SNM-2514, dated June 10, 2020, License Condition 18, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby submits Revision 10 of the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR). SNM-2514, License Condition 18 states:
Within 90 days after issuance of the renewed license, PG&E shall submit an updated final safety analysis report (FSAR) to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRG), in accordance with 10 CFR 72. 70(a)(1) and (2). PG&E shall continue to update the FSAR, pursuant to the requirements in 10 CFR
- 72. 70(a), (b), and (c). PG&E will follow the procedures in 10 CFR 72.4 for submitting the FSAR. The updated FSAR shall reflect the information provided in Appendix D of the Humboldt Bay ISFSI License Renewal Application, Revision 4, dated November 4, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML19337C634).
The licensee may make changes to the updated FSAR, consistent with 10 CFR 72.48(c).
This enclosed version of the UFSAR'has been updated to reflect the information provided in Appendix D of the HB ISFSI License Renewal Application, Revision 4, dated November 4, 2019, and includes additional revisions incorporated since submittal of UFSAR, Revision 9.
The HB ISFSI FSAR Update, Revision 10, is enclosed, and is provided on one compact disk (CD-ROM) labeled "Humboldt Bay Independent Spent Fuel Storage
