In accordance with 10 CFR 20.1502, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) has submitted the Annual Report of Occupational Radiation Exposure for individuals monitored at Humboldt Bay Power Plant Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation during calendar year 2022. The report was created by scanning the applicable NRC Form 5 information into a password protected pdf file. The pdf file, "20230206150227.pdf" was submitted electronically on the Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System web page on April 4, 2023.
PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.
