Mr. Philleo explained the TRT's dispcsition of issues AC-22 and AC-23. For the TRT's investigation, 23 packages of concrete placement records were randomly selected and examined for any irregularities or nonconformance reports (NCR). Fifteen NCRs were identified and adeouately disposed of according to established procedures. The TRT's took a field inspection trip that showed no degradation of concrete.
