FEEDBACK INTERVIEW 0F WITNESS A-22 On Thursday, November 8,1984, witness A-22 was interviewed by telephone ')y A. Vietti, R. Masterson, R. Hubbard, S. Hou, S. Phillips, W. Smith, J. Zudans and yourself of the Comanche Peak Technical Review Team (TRT) staff. This interview, was to provided feedback from the TRT's investigation into technical concerns raised by this witness during an interview with Office of Investigation (0I Report No.84-006 dated March 7, 1984) and an interview conducted by R. Wessman and R. Hubbard of the TRT on August 4, 1984. This feedback interview was tran-scribed and a copy of the transcript is attached.

During the interview R. Masterson and R. Hubbard provided the results of the TRT investigation into mechanical / piping concerns AW-66 and AW-70, respectively.

S. Phillips and W. Smith provided the results of the TRT investtgation into miscellaneous concerns AM-15 and AM-14, respectively. A. Vietti covered a con-cern raised during the interview that related to an issue covered in SSER No. 6.

The witness provided supplemental information regarding allegation numbers AW-66 and AW-70 and was satisfied with the TRT's investigation into the remainder of the concerns.

A-22 testified before the ASLB on a couple occasions regarding the concerns.
