RE: TRT INTERVIEW WITH ALLEGERS At approximately 11:30 am on 11/12/84 (yeteran's Day), I received a phone call at home throuch the NRC operator. T identified himself as

He said that the TRT had tried to contact for interview and that had gone to him since he had not been able to return the phone calls. '

I told him that it would be the individuals' choice to report the TRT contacts to the utility management, but as a general policy, we do not disclose such information to the utility management.

NOV 16 1984 it was necessary to bring an attorney, he did not answer. He said that TRT calls him in the evenings "during his free time".
I said that this is done to protect the individual's identity.
I asked him if he would prefer to be contacted or interviewed onsite, he said no.
I told him someone from TRT would call him on 11/13 or 11/14 at 6:30 pm CST to confirm the interview.
This appears to be a case of the utility management attempting to interfere with the TRT ongoing inspections / investigations of allegations.
I intend to revise the TRT procedure to address this issue.
Please advise.
